The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.385 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 120B, 467, 468, 471, 420, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that one co-accused Sudhakar Sharma has transferred land of the informant in favour of the co-accused persons and in which the petitioner is a identifier. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that vendee has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73335 of 2018 and co-accused Sudharkar Sharma, who has executed the sale -deed has already been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below by 22.7.2019 and on verification by the learned court below that main accused has been granted regular bail by this Court, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahana, Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.385 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
