Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail is languishing in custody since 08.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 324, 341, 354, 379, 436, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (iv) (v) (x) (xi)/ 3 (2) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, Sessions Trial No. 214 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Ist Additional District & Sessions Judge, Araria. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the evidence from both sides have been closed and the matter is fixed for argument. Hence, confines his prayer for a direction to the learned court below to conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44204 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 trial at the earliest.

In the circumstances, it is expected from the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of two months.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
