The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwaipatti P. S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 511 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR as also the fact that though the alleged incident is said to have taken place on 29th May, 2015, the FIR was instituted on 1st June, 2015 and there is no plausible explanation for the delay caused in instituting the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on
