The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 42/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that only 555 ml. Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the co-accused and the petitioner has a clean antecedent, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
