This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 328, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

This is a petition for bail in a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The petitioner was earlier granted bail but the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled vide order dated 28.07.2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2015 and the case is of the year 1999.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51937 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 22 of 1999, Trial No. 122/2014.
