The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 385/387/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It appears that having identical allegation co-accused Sumit Kumar and Vivek Rai have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.21548 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.32232 of 2019. The FIR is against unknown. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36085 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.439 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
