The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.01.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has maliciously been roped in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one other case, but he is on bail in that case. Learned APP for the State submits that the said

Considering the nature of recovery and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj, P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.
