Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.9547 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/3 Shri Sidhendra Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that his memorial dated 04.03.2022 is yet pending consideration with the competent authority. Shri Nilanjan Chatterjee, learned counsel for the respondents, could not verify such fact.
Be that as it may, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with the following mutually agreeable terms:
(I) Petitioner shall place on record additional materials in support of his memorial dated 04.03.2022. This he

(ii) The competent authority shall pass an order thereupon within a period of four weeks thereafter. (iii) Order assigning reason shall be supplied to the petitioner.
(iv) Liberty reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies, as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
