2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Cyber P.S. Case No. 5 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 305(c), 317(2&4) and 111 read with Section 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 66(c) and 66(d) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of withdrawing Rs. 40,000/- from the account of the informant after stealing her mobile phone.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner, without accepting

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Rail Cyber P.S. Case No. 5 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, at the time of furnishing his bail bonds, is directed to produce a demand draft of Rs. 50000/- in the name of the informant which shall be released in favour of the informant by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
