The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 2307 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 06-03-2013. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set-forth in the petition, same is allowed. The M.J.C. No. 2307 of 2011 is restored to its original file, with a condition that order dated 06-03-2013 passed in M.J.C. No. 2307 of 2011 must be complied with within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the M.J.C. No. 2307 of 2011 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.
