The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 212, 216, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of CLA Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from her possession Naxal literatures and leaflets were recovered but for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.07.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.P.
