Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. One Rohit Kumar was arrested from whose possession one country made pistol and a mobile was recovered. Rohit Kumar disclosed that he purchased arm from the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44081 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kunal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015.
