Petitioner is said to have given iron rod causing head injury to the informant of the present case. Injury report of the informant reveals that three injuries were found on his persons out of which two injuries were found on scalp. The doctor has opined that two injuries found on the persons of the injured were simple in nature whereas one injury was dangerous but regarding the aforesaid injury, doctor did not give any opinion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul (Darbhanga) in Biraul P.S.
