ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 04.08.2003 passed by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya in Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2001/103 of 2001, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 03.10.2001 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in G.R. Case No. 813 of 1999 (Tr. No. 263 of 2001), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Section 25(1-B) and 26 of the Arms Act and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for one year and six months respectively.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, in view of the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
