Petitioner is said to have given single dagger blow causing injury on the abdomen of the informant but according to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on 1.5.2015 whereas the present case was lodged on 9.5.2015. Moreover, annexure 2 to this petition, injury report of the informant, reveals that the informant sustained simple injury.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case no. 150/2015.
