The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 4.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2629 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.

In paragraph 6 of the petition it has been stated that petitioner is in jail since 29.11.2014.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Jai Prakash Singh, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44366 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.279 of 2013.
