====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/328/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After 15 years of marriage the daughter of the informant was done to death by the in-laws. Petitioner is friend of the husband of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 10.08.2017 and investigation of the case is already complete.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60382 of 2017 (3) dt.23-04-2018 P2/ Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and referred certain paragraphs of the case diary which would reveal that only material against the petitioner is suspicion. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
