2. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of MJC No. 1137 of 2023 which has been dismissed on 12.09.2024 due to non-compliance of the order dated 29.08.2024

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 and 4

Patna High Court MJC No.1931 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 of the petition, MJC No. 1931 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Bihar State Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, MJC No. 1137 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
