In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, this Court had rejected the bail of the petitioner in Criminal Miscellaneous No.200 of 2019. While rejecting the bail application, this Court had considered the bail granted to one Abhishek Ranjan @ Shibu Kumar in Criminal Miscellaneous No.78608 of 2018 and also considered the plea of learned counsel for the petitioner that the statement was in the shape of exculpatory and cannot be treated to be an evidence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35086 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 for attribution of the allegation, thereafter this Court had rejected the bail of the petitioner and given direction for surrender.

Again this bail application has been filed reiterating the same submission. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
