The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.04.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45224 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to clerical mistake, the name of the court below was typed as C.J.M. 1st Bettiah, West Champaran, in place of A.C.J.M. 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran and hence the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond in the court below.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36142 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 allowed and the time granted by order dated 12.04.2022, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45224 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. It is further clarified that in place of C.J.M. 1st Bettiah, West Chambaran, the name of the court below shall be read as A.C.J.M. 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran.
