Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. Marriage of the deceased had taken place in the year 2009 but allegedly, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by her in-laws as well as husband due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand of dowry. It is admitted case of the informant that the deceased was fallen ill and the petitioner gave some medicine to the deceased as a result whereof, deceased became restless and her condition started deteriorating but she was ousted from her matrimonial home and thereafter, she was got admitted in the hospital where she died in course of her treatment. The statement of the deceased was recorded one day prior to the alleged occurrence and she stated almost same story. The post mortem report of the deceased shows that doctor could not ascertain the cause of death of the deceased. Moreover,

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Harsidhi P.S.
