JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 The petitioners by way of the present writ petition seek a direction upon the respondents to place the petitioners service in the pay-scale of 4000-6000/- from the date of their initial appointments as has been granted to other similarly placed of the cadre of Lower Division Clerk working under the State of Bihar, in consonance with the judgment rendered by a learned Division Bench of this Court dated 23.6.2017 in L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, the petitioners are given liberty to file a representation regarding their grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2941 of 2018(4) dt.23-05-2019 3/3 Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 6 and the Respondent No. 6 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
