JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but allegation of setting fire on the house of informant appears to have been levelled against all the accused persons and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Baudhu Thakur @ Pankaj Thakur has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 28.01.2015.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that house of the informant was caught in fire accidentally but informant lodged this case against the petitioner and others on account of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44489 of 2015 (4) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 previous enmity which is admitted in the first information report itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 412 of 2014.
