Petitioners are named in the first information report but informant has only expressed his suspicion against the petitioners and similarly, in course of investigation, some witnesses also expressed their suspicion against the petitioners.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Sangrampur P.S. Case no. 178/2012.
