Patna High Court MJC No.916 of 2018 dt.05-08-2019 2/2 Singh, for the JP University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') and learned counsel for the State.

2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 10.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 14415 of 2014, has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, if the petitioner still feels that something further is due and payable to him, he shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Registrar of the University raising all his grievances, including the details and materials on which he relies for raising such a claim. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law, after verification from the original records. Further, whatever payments have been made to the petitioner, if calculation charts of the same have not been brought on record in the present proceeding, the University shall hand over copies of the same to the petitioner latest within two weeks from today.
