ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 29.3.2003 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bettia, in Cr. Appeal No. 20 of 2000 under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years.

Having gone through the Judgment of Appeal, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, considering that the occurrence is of the year 1988 and the Petitioner has remained in custody for about six months, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands dismissed.
