1. The present petition has been filed for correcting the name of the husband of the respondent no.7, as has been mentioned in the order dated 07.03.2024, passed in CWJC No.2603 of 2024 as Sridhar Mandal instead of Amit Mandal, a mistake which has taken place on account of wrong mentioning of the name of the husband of the respondent no.7 in the writ petition, itself for which the petitioner seeks apology.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the name of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1722 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 husband of the respondent no.7, in the order dated 07.03.2024, shall be deemed to be read as Amit Mandal.

3. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
