In view of the decision of the Municipal Commissioner of Patna Nagar Nigam, dated 19.08.2015, Contempt Application now stands disposed off with a direction that the payment of Rs. 1,97,056 /-, which has been accepted to be payable to the petitioner must be paid within a period of eight weeks from today. Contempt Application stands disposed off in terms of above.
