The petitioner seeks bail in Salimpur P.S. Case No. 81/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of his motorcycle. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner, rather the motorcycle was recovered from behind a gumati. The petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months

No.45783 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.
