JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.76/2021 (G.R. No.-3052/2019), Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No.587/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46292 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 No.13797/2020 with a prayer to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioner on 16.07.2021 and a copy of the same has been annexed at Annexure-3 of the bail application.

Considering the same, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-12, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No.76/2021 (G.R. No.-3052/2019), Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No.587/2019.
