The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the allegations made in the FIR are false. In course of investigation, several witnesses were examined who have stated that the deceased was married about 15-17 years ago to the petitioner and she died due to epilepsy. After going through the case diary, learned counsel for the State concedes that some of the witnesses examined by the I.O. during investigation have not supported the allegation of

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
