The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that from a Scorpio vehicle a country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. The vehicle was found registered in the name of one Surendra Singh, but it was found that the petitioner being the stone mafia used to roam around on the said vehicle.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the vehicle was registered in his name nor the petitioner was found present on the vehicle. Only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. Statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Divesh Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S.
