No. 10832 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this modification application, for correction in paragraph no.7 of the writ petition which reads as follows:

"7. That under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the present case the name of the petitioner may be ordered to be corrected as Kumar Prem Shekhar in place of Kumar Prem Shankar and also ordered to be corrected as Babu Barhi P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court MJC No.1563 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 339/2020 in place of Babu Barhi P.S. Case No. 338/2020 in the larger interest of justice."

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer made in para no. 7, quoted above, is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that petitioner may be granted further time to appear before the concerned appropriate authority, as the earlier date fixed by this Hon'ble court has already elapsed.

As such, petitioner is directed to make himself available on 02.09.2021 at 10.30 A.M. before the concerned appropriate authority.

The judgment and order dated 16.07.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10832 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.

This modification application is allowed.
