The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020 dated 06.06.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Only one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 14.06.2020.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts including the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
