The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Two persons were apprehended in a suspicious condition and from their possession arms and ammunition was recovered. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of the petitioner who managed to flee away. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 233 of 2002.
