JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 353, 354, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner in spite of information supplied under Right to Information Act used to come to the office of the informant who is C.D.P.O and used to misbehave with the lady supervisors and other staffs and thereby obstructed the informant and others to perform the official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner made complaint for nonsupply of the information under R.T.I, the present case has been lodged. Moreover the informant has retracted from the initial version.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanapatia P.S.
