JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law, father -in-law and two brothers-in-law of the deceased and allegation against them is of causing dowry death of the deceased Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the deceased caught fire while preparing food and received burn injuries and succumbed to her injuries
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34900 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 and petitioners being in laws of the deceased have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S.
