JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that there are cross cases registered with the same incident and grievous injuries have been caused on both the sides. It was a case of free fight. Other similarly situated persons have been granted benefit of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the

However, this Court does not find at the present stage as appropriate to discuss the said aspect.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and cross cases, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
