ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-05-2015 No one appear appears on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 04.10.2002 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Appeal No. 117 of 1993/176A of 1997 by which he has affirmed the order of conviction passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Aurangabad in G.R. No. 1784 of 1989, Tr. No. 26 of 1993 under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. However, the sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision is dismissed.
