This is third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, by a detailed order on 23.9.2014 prayer for bail of the petitioner with other accused persons was rejected. Thereafter, again on 18.3.2015 his prayer for bail was rejected. Now, without any substantial change, again a prayer has been made for grant of bail.

In this case earlier a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and kept at flag -'A'. According to the report after framing of charge evidence has already commenced. Accordingly, there is no ground for reviewing / recalling of my earlier order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44968 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 The petition stands dismissed.

However, keeping in view the fact that petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2014, it is desirable to observe that the learned court below may take appropriate steps, so that, trial may come to its logical end. At the same time the concerned S.P. is also directed to render full co-operation to the trial court for securing attendance of witnesses.

Let a copy of this order be also communicated to the concerned S.P.
