The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1474 of 2013 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice vide orders dated 12.03.2014 and 11.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33200 of 2013 and 48252 of 2014 respectively by this Court. It is further submitted that on 11.02.2015, petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months and now six months have already
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44173 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 been lapsed but till today out of nine witnesses only six witnesses have been examined.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ad-hoc A.D.J.-IV, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1474 of 2013 arising out of Masaurhi P.S.
