Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

According to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Annu Yadav who gave sword blow to the deceased and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he assaulted the injured persons of this case by butt of the gun. Both injured of this case have sustained simple injury.

Moreover, one co-accused who happens to be order giver has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubansh Narayan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lakhisarai/ concerned court in Pipariya P.S. Case no. 17/2015.
