2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 331 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 80, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant was killed by her husband and in-laws for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is cousin Devar of the deceased and is living separately since long. There is no occasion to the petitioner to participate in the alleged

No any external injury was found on the body of the deceased and as per the post-mortem report no definite opinion has been given regarding cause of death. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.02.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted after investigation against the petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 331 of 2024.
