The present application has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 233 of 2012 ( Aman Raj Vs. Deepa Kumari & Ors.) from the Court Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai. It is submitted that, in fact, there was no marriage between the parties and only to harass the petitioner, the said application under the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed. It would be, thus, advisable and in the interest of justice to transfer the Matrimonial Case No. 233 of 2012 to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai as the petitioner is facing an acute hardship in pursuing the matter at Patna whereas the opposite party is free and can well prosecute his case at
Patna High Court MJC No.2607 of 2013 (8) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 Begusarai.
Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the Matrimonial Case No. 233 of 2012 be transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai.
It is directed accordingly.
The M.J.C. application stands disposed of.
The opposite parties have been issued notice who have declined to receive the same.
