Mr.APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-03-2021 Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Rita Verma, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 85

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33577 of 2020(2) dt.12-03-2021 2/3 of 2017 dated 22.02.2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 452, 379, 224, 225, 337, 338, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners have been named amongst 80 similarly situated persons and approximately 200 unknown persons.

There is no specific accusation against anyone of the petitioners.

Some of the accused persons of this case having similar allegations have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court, vide order dated 16.07.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17129 of 2018 and vide order dated 16.01.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79867 of 2018.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date

No.33577 of 2020(2) dt.12-03-2021 3/3 of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 85 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
