The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Rail P.S. Case no. 16/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is said to have confessed but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran, in connection with Siwan Rail P.S. Case no. 16/2015.
