====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 This application filed in the year 2003 for initiating action for contempt in view of violatio of an order passed in the writ petition on 1.5.2003 in C.W.J.C. No. 8835 of 2002 with regard to revocation of suspension and passing appropriate order in accordance with law. The matter is pending since 2003. More than 15 years have passed. Today, when the matter is taken up, no one appears. It seems that with the passage of time, parties have lost interest in the matter. Keeping in view the aforesaid, now after a period of more than 15 years, I am not inclined to proceed in the matter.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law in

Patna High Court MJC No.2124 of 2003(18) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to the issue in question.
