The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner and alleged that the petitioner and others intercepted him and at the point of pistol robbed his belongings. It is further alleged that the petitioner demanded extortion.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 01.08.2015, but the FIR was lodged on 04.08.2015. The informant himself stated that on the next day of the occurrence he went to the house of the petitioner to demand his looted articles and after refusal the informant filed this case. It is further submitted that the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Chakmehsi P.S.
