JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laukaha P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that dispute in relation to title over a piece of land was the reason behind the alleged occurrence and lodging of the First Information Report. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members. It is also alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with farsa injuring his nose and head.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had drawn my attention to injury report to contend

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35188 of 2020(3) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 that the injury has been found to be simple in nature. Considering the background, in which the occurrence is said to have taken place and the nature of injury sustained by the informant, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani, in Laukaha P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019.
