Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons while going away on one Scorpio vehicle. It is submitted that the petitioner has no manner of concern with the vehicle. Seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner although petitioner is alleged to have driven the vehicle. Similarly situated co-accused Saurabh Kumar and Rishikesh Kumar have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 42305 of 2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45012 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 the seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2015.
